From First Call to Five-Star Service: Fire Alarm Installation for Anatomie Studio
Anatomie Studio is based in a converted railway arch in Peckham, London. The studio provides a 1212 square foot space that’s used by the owners for their own classes. But it’s also available for private hire too for activities like photography sessions, workshops and rehearsals.
As co-owner of the studio, Anna Barros is responsible for running and managing every aspect of the venue. Over recent months, there’s been an increased level of interest in Anatomie Studio. This rise in the number of private hires being booked also means there’s been a corresponding growth in footfall.
This led to Anna reflecting on what was needed to make sure that all aspects of fire safety are in place and working as well as possible at the studio. Having decided that she wanted to upgrade the studio’s fire safety system, Anna began looking for potential providers. The venue has a number of very specific design considerations from a fire safety system design and installation perspective. There are various features including suspension beams, high ceilings, and a mezzanine with a lounge area as well as a kitchenette and other additional amenities. And as a shoe free venue there were also several restrictions in place to protect the flooring. Because of these very particular needs, Anna was slightly anxious when the day of installation arrived. However, she was delighted by the service and care shown by the team.
